Nice buy OP, wish I could get my hands on a reasonably priced N64 around here. Best haul I ever pulled in myself was a SNES, Super Scope, Super Game Boy, 20ish games (some gold some crap), an official cart storage unit, and like 5 years worth of Nintendo Powers and (Ultra) Game Players; all of it for 70 mapledollars. That was about 15 years ago, I must've been 12 or 13. I was biking around early in the morning on a weekend looking for yard sales and absolutely flipped my shit when I found this guy's. I tried to load it all up on my bike's rack but the guy said he'd just bring it all by my place later in the day. The magazines weren't part of the bundle but no one else bought them so he threw them in for me. I had so much fun playing all that stuff with my dad and younger brother over the years until I moved out. They were the good Nintendo Powers from the golden era, with comics in them and stickers and stuff. Even had that Arwing papercraft. Good times. I wish I still had someone to play retroshit with me.

yes buy from nihon. they're cheaper by a lot and a region free "mod" is super easy. just remove the plastic bracket. and put in a 3d printed replacement if you really care enough.


the n64 library is pretty import friendly too. bing bing wahoos and shit dont really need any sort of reading ability. and there is a decent selection of exclusives
