Did you like or dislike it?

For me, it was SMW. I tried the game once at a haircut place and really liked it and wanted it. I had a GBA so I asked my mom to get me the Mario advance game where "he wears a cape on the cover." She ended up getting me SMB 3 and Yoshi's Island for the GBA instead. IDK what my mom thought I asked for. I ended up liking those games a lot anyway. Years later, I ended up trying SMW and disliking it, so I am glad my mom got me those better Mario games instead.

Never had it growing up for some reason even though I grew up through the NES, SNES and 64 eras.
Loved everything from OOT and beyond.
Gave it a play through when it came out on the switch online.
The magic was definitely lost on me.... playing it for the first time 30 years ago would of been a different story.

You really need some compensation when playing random titles from a forgoten age.
It was good when it came out. Glover was a simple adventure with simple premises. Its so sad older games are set to not only modern games, But also compaired to the "best of" that platform.

Ape Escape. Played it as a kid while staying with my rich aunt and loved it, but she didn't have a memory card so I couldn't ever get past the first 6 levels or so. Got it as an adult and it met my expectations. It was as good as I remember.

The full version of Shinobi for ps2. As a kid with a brand new ps2 and close to no games, I played a demo disc with it for probably thousands of hours repeating the same two levels, it was the coolest most stylish badass awesome shit ever. Just emulated it last month on a whim and put it down after 30mins. It was just too clunky and old to bother with.

I had star fox assault as a kid for gamecube and loved that, and I would always see pictures of star fox adventures in holiday guides and nintendo power.
