This is how you got into Zora’s Domain unfrozen as an adult, where you could use the Iron Boots to sink to the bottom near the entrance and enter in a small alcove which lead to Dark Epona.

Obviously dumb, but that small alcove is there in Zora’s Domain, and you can get there with a glitch. Nothing is inside though.

I always loved out of bounds glitches in games for this reason. A good amount of games actually did have things to explore out of bounds, more often than not just background elements but it was still cool seeing them up close. Even as an adult I still enjoy that sort of thing, I remember when the NieR Automata demo came out you could glitch out of the starting level and explore small parts of the severely unfinished main city. Most of it didn't have collision and a ton of it wasn't even textured, but there was enough for it to be exciting to see. I've also been trying to get out of bounds in Sonic Jam's sandbox, there's nothing outside of the playable area aside from a weird texture and endless fields but I'm still curious enough to keep trying at it. A shame that the glitch is so hard to pull off

In Red/Blue, you can use the gameshark to get an item that lets you walk through walls. You can walk out of bounds, but there's nothing to do there until you wander into a town. The town will appear glitched because you used the wrong entrance, but otherwise it's normal. Fun!

Encountering Kaseidramon is a near-impossible glitch, and not meant to be accessible at all during normal game play. Whenever you encounter a Digimon while moving along in one-player mode, a rare glitch can occur that confuses the game. The programmers originally designed the game in such a way that if there is any fatal malfunction while entering a fight, instead of freezing the game it would automatically transport you to an unbeatable fight with Kaseidramon, who will usually just defeat you with a move or two, then return you to the title screen. Use of this function was removed for some unknown reason, but it still remains in the game and occasionally a glitch will trigger it. The fight with Kaseidramon is meant to be swift so that you can return to normal game play. A strike with his Zantetsuken sword is usually an instant knock-out. The One-Hit Kill rule cheat does not work on him, and he cannot be unlocked.

I don't remember all the details, but a friend once told me something to the effect of, in Lost Levels on Super Mario All Stars, there was a secret pipe somewhere that led to an NPC with some kind of unclear design as to what it was supposed to be, my friend said it looked like a hamburger, and the NPC would ask you to kill him or something and I can't remember after that.

Lost Levels was full of weird shit and I never made it past world 2 so I kinda had no reason to doubt him. Later on I figured he was making shit up based on Monster Party for NES.

Tried it once, then after figuring out that you can position Lara exactly by climbing up a block or ledge (which are usually oriented in the 4 main directions so find a north one and it is exact) tried it again, didn't work, "huh I guess it doesn't work" and went on.
The trolling was obviously based on that "position her exactly" thing, so that people could never be sure if they fulfilled that requirement so they would try again and again, but they didn't take the climbing into account, hah.
