There's are not many exclusives, speciallly if you count the Game Gear library.

Asterix is bar none the best exclusive for me.
Alex Kidd in Shinobi World is a bit lightweight in terms of content but definitely worth checking out.
Golden Axe Warrior is almost literally a Zelda 1 clone, but better in every way, so also worth it.

I'm not sure if Ninja Gaiden is an exclusive, but it's pretty solid.

The Sonic games are fun and definitely more comfortable to play than the GG versions.
Castle of Illusion and specially Land of Illusion are fucking amazing. Check them out. Try Legend of Illusion if you like those, though it's definitely weaker.

The Master System port of Ghouls n' Ghosts was pretty interesting, allowing mixing a bunch of armor pieces with different stats or specials.
The port of Bubble Bobble is also fairly arcade-accurate, and the Ultima IV port is fairly nice as well.
And while it's not technically or objectively a good game, Action Fighter is a fun clone of Super Spy Hunter, with a transforming bike getting into trucks for powerups and becoming a fucking carplane for shmup stages.
