Does anyone here have any recommendations of what bootleg games or QUALITY/Unlicenced games I could play for shits and giggles?

Snes and Genesis games preferrably, although I am open to Nes/GB/GBC games too.

Rockman DX3 is surprisingly solid Megaman Xtreme clone for GB, watchout out though, as one of the dumps is bad and will have all bosses already defeated and weapons unlocked.
