Let's have a pinball thread, it's been so long.

Tell us anon: what's you're favourite machine?

Did you get to play again at your local bar/arcade or are just cucked by covid?

The music is so solemn, I really don't get the mood of this one.

It'd have been a much better game if you weren't able to indiscriminately shoot the Titan Tunnel for multiball. The layout is great; I love the third flipper in the middle of the playfield and can't think of any other game like it.
I know other Sys11 games like Radical and Mousin' Around have gotten some home roms, but I don't think any of them have been as drastic as what Swords of Fury would probably need to have meaningful depth. It's nice to dream, I guess

Last time I played real pinball was January 16th, 2020

What the fuck lads

>> No.7275238

super pinball enthusiast here, have 3 pins, adams family, munsters premium, and twilight zone, munters is only ok the others are amazing, 90s machines are sinply the best. I have to say medieval madness is like a 7.5/10, how the fuck do people consider it the best of all time

I played Granny and the Gators (similar game) and the arcade portion was very unapproachable. High learning curve, if not just outright uncontrollable. Also tough to understand. Not like Pac-man at all.

What's another arcade game that could benefit from a pin hybrid? Space Invaders. I guess. Or Arkanoid. Basically anything could work in theory.

>>7275238
People like Medieval Madness because the central toy is great. And the rules are structured in a sort of interesting way.

It would be cool if Addams Family had a different code set that was more complex, like Bride of Pinbot 2.0

As >>7275270 said, it's fast, and it looks really good. I don't like it either. Same with Monster Bash, which is incredibly repetitive to me.

Also nice collection, anon. I have an Addams too, Judge Dredd, Tales from the Crypt and Banzai Run. Might get another fast & fun system 11 this year (Mousin' Around or Jokerz).

It would be cool if there was a King Kong pinball machine with a Banzai Run-type backbox, where the upper playfield represented King Kong climbing up a building.

Medieval Madness will always be my favorite pinball machine, though sadly - I've never played it in real life. I'm hoping once covid dies down, I can look for places to play real pinball.
