Not better but Urban Reign is high quality and has 100 missions, including the second to last fight where you fight an old Japanese gangster man on top of a building and he has a katana, you don't. You also fight a giant negro at one point. Very underrated even though it's somewhat established itself in enthusiast circles as a go-to. Haven't played Final Fight Streetwise but it's made by the Maximo devs so it's gotta be good (I'm suspicious that poor reviews were written by people who got filtered). Funny enough, I can think of more hack n slashers than I can 3D beat em ups.

SOR4 was okay.
Not as well designed as SOR2, but a great update to the series either way. I just wish they hadn't fucked the difficulty so much with the patches; at first the game was just plain annoying with every other enemy having super armour, after the rebalance patch the game is piss easy and enemies barely fight back (at least the final bosses are actually difficult, though).

To be honest it isnt that good. Play the Dynamite Deka games on SEGA and you'll see how a beat em up should be. God hand is mediocre at best.
