>The game takes place in and around Neo Tokyo after a new Great Depression of 2010 (future at the time of the game's release) and after Mount Fuji erupts in a catastrophic manner in the year 2020.

He's even wearing the cuckmuzzle.

This game was a huge missed opportunity imo. The cover looks bad ass, but most of the game takes place in generic desert and countryside settings, with the futuristic Tokyo shown on the cover relegated to only the end part of the game.

The game could've had some more polish. I like the part racer, part brawler thing, but it certainly feels like something that could've turned out a bit better had it been handled by Konami or Capcom. Still what bothers me most is advertising this post-apocalyptic, 80s-future motif, but the actual game starting off in the most generic looking settings imaginable.
