Replaying Turok 2, imo that best part of gameplay is bulky enemies who could tank lots of hits, but have small weak spots that drop them immediately + AI that ducks behind cover and tries to avoid shots + modest limits ammo. It makes you play more precisely and makes both the player and enemies feel powerful. Very satisfying to dome bad guys with the basic arrows.

Level design is archaic and not in a way that's fun to revisit.

The AI was really bad and it was impossible to get all the medals unless you mailed in your black cartridge for a grey bug-fixed variant. At least the dump is easier to find these days
