The Zelda cartoon at least took the setting seriously and didn't have the characters wandering around aimlessly between shitty made-up "worlds" every episode. Nor did it have cheesy 50s American rockabilly song breaks. Honestly, it's only crime is portraying the Triforce as having only two parts.

The Triforce only had two parts in the first game, which the cartoon is based off of. SMB2 is heavily represented and that came out only a couple of months before LoZ2, so I guess the production took place in that time window.

Although I adore the Bomberman Jetters anime, I wish we can get a new Bomberman anime. Either based off of the Super Bomberman games or even the 64 storyline. At the last resort, I'd even take a slice-of-life Bombergirl show.
