This, IMO it is the best control scheme for playing smash, specifically Melee. the fact that the Jump (X) , Attack (A), and Special (B) buttons all sit next to each other laterally means that there's less overall thumb movement to get from one place to another. Only thing I dislike is the distance from the X button to the C stick, if I redesigned it I'd swap B and X. Makes Captain Falcon autocancel u-airs harder than they have to be.
