Only in Quake Champions and some allusions to it in Quake III Arena. Champions expands on it quite a bit though. This comic is the Ranger issue of the Quake Champions official comic which unfortunately only lasted 3 issues. Can link to the full thing if interested.

I absolutely adore the final scene of Return to Castle Wolfenstein. The OSA director asks Jack Stone if BJ Blazkowicz is doing anything "special" for his R&R, and it cuts to BJ whose definition of vacation is fighting more Nazis. It's also a reference to Spear of Destiny's ending.

It actually has a fair few, but I think a lot of it just didn't get around on the English speaking web. A lot of it was also widely lost for a while with PlanetWolfenstein and a lot of that other GameSpy stuff disappearing for a very long time.
