Xmen2 Clone wars is pretty good.
Shadow of the beast 2 is a hidden gem for genesis. It has the best music and atmosphere on genesis

I think of buying a EU Mega Drive and modding it since these are abundant and very cheap in my region, getting a Gens or JP Mega Drive is more expensive here.

Pritty gud list although Alisia Dragoon should be on there. If space is an issue I vote knocking off Vectorman 2 or Kid Chameleon :^) . Maybe two lists are needed. One for great games and ones for merely good but worth playing titles. Stuff like the first Golden Axe, Wiz n Liz, etc could be on it.

I didn't finish the game but once I realized I can do a "parry" ( press the attack button twice fast) I to the plane boss right away !
Basically learn how your weapons works, keep the lasers for the boss, and parry, parry a lot ! I love this game and I have to get back and finish it ( I'm playing it the old school way no save no anything )

Jinc 2 + Tvout tweaks (resolution of 190) + Anti aliasing (2x) gets a cleaner picture and better colors than NTSC filters while having the same effect on fake transparency and blending. It adds a little blur, but it's still miles ahead of gdapt/mdapt and their fake positives. Will post examples if someone is interested.

Maybe it's just me, but I think that Atomic Runner Chelnov is one of best-looking games on the Sega Genesis. Personally, I really like the strangely exotic aesthetics of the levels and bosses.
