So what is so great about silent hill? The production design they lifted from Jacobs Ladder? The grainy textures? The awkward and stiff animations? The story that doesn't really go anywhere? Clunky controls? Or maybe the constant threat of disaster that is never followed up upon? Don't get me wrong, i had fun playing through all of them. But they were just that... mediocre.
