>morals are ambiguous in the games
>ruin exploring with ancient robots
>all seeing eye theme
>islands rather than large land masses yet they are all 21st century tier of which makes it super comfy, of which is to do with why windwaker is also comfy
>more calm than intense but there's still action
>does not cater to chistianity is another plus despite all seeing eye reference

Not him, but it traded the cozy small town with a central hub dungeon for a larger variety of areas, enemies and way more Roll Bullying.

The spread out areas make it less fun to explore because they aren't as interconnected, but the focus on plot keeps everything moving forward.

Also they improved the controls imensly over the first game

You can fix the controls for Legends 1 in emu by mapping turning to the right stick

And Legends 2 plot was not enough to keep me from dropping it after the 3rd or 4th shitty shooting gallery setpiece.
