In this sequel to the acclaimed game Sonic the Hedgehog, we follow the adventures of our favorite blue alien as he fulfills his mission to restore the natural environment while helping the eccentric scientist, Dr. Robotnik.

The story is set immediately after the first game, as Sonic is transported back to his spaceship so he can return to his home planet.

However, shortly after arriving, a damaged space mech does an emergency landing on our hero's spaceship, piloted by no other than Dr. Robotnik. The old man then informs Sonic that a chemical plant started malfunctioning, causing the natural environment to be damaged, and asks the blue alien for help once again.

After repairing his space mecha and building a robot pilot to command the ship in his absence, Sonic is joined by his wife, "Tails", as he comes back to Earth on his quest to help the eccentric old man fix the malfunctioning chemical plant. In his way, he restores broken cliffs and recruits the animals so they can operate the doctor's inventions to help bring back nature to its original state.

After visiting the faulty plant, Dr. Robotnik discovers that a leak of an unknown chemical is responsible for all problems, and so he takes a sample of the it to create another chemical that could neutralize it.

Thus, the final stage of this game occurs in a distant hill, with Sonic helping the old man fix his broken drilling machine so he can look for the materials he needs for the neutralizing substance.

Like the first game, the last screen of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 shows the blue alien boarding his invisible space pod alongside his wife, telling kids his message of conserving the natural environment before heading back to his home planet.

With returning items such as the Stardust Magnet, and new features such as a Vs. mode and the ability to play as newcomer Tails, this is a worthy sequel that will surely give players many hours of entertainment, as well as teaching them the value of nature and why we have to conserve it.

In this game, you start off by helping King K. Rool set his ship off. After that, you lock K. Lumsy and give the keys to some monsters, while hiding bananas all over the island for no reason. Finally you lock your friends somehwere and go to sleep.

In this new exciting sequel to "The Adventure of Zelda, A Link to the Time", you play as our elf hero as he helps an unnamed imp which he found in the woods. You help the imp steal a magical mask from an evil mask salesman, and use the mask to contribute the lives of many people in the foreign world of Termina.

Together you lock away the four evil giants and summon a giant moon which looks over the good people of Termina. You then jump on your horse and ride backwards back to Hyrule.

In the 7th installment of the Final Fantasy series, we start off with the world being in grave peril, because a giant meteor is going to crash into the planet. With the sheer mass of the meteor, even if it were to land somewhere comepletely unpopulated, the effects of the impact would still destroy the planet.

Capcom's newest entry on the NES is a breath of fresh air into the tired cyberpunk mystery genre.

The game begins as our mechanical investigator Mega Man enjoys a peaceful day of rest before being interrupted by a distress call from local scientist Dr. Wily. Wily's research facility was wrecked in a natural disaster, and Mega Man leaps into action to restore the doctor's broken machinery and equipment, including the holographic blueprints for his eight civil servants, using his Molecular Reintegration Buster.

With the life-support systems in Wily's laboratory now fully functional, the good doctor can continue his research, and Mega Man departs to continue his investigation, learning that the mysterious disaster left many of the local government buildings in shambles as well. By removing the eight enhancement chips from his Molecular Reintegration Buster, Mega Man is able to synthesize each one to reconstruct the robotic director of each facility in accordance with Wily's holographic blueprints and safely rehabilitate them in their office before searching the premises for clues and reconstructing the site staff to listen to their eyewitness accounts of the cataclysm. The eight crime scenes can be visited in any order, and a helpful menu screen between investigations will show Mega Man which of the robotic administrators have been restored to their positions.

When all of the damage has been repaired and all of the civil service robots are safely tucked away in their chambers, Mega Man can finish his report and bring it to Chief of Police Dr. Thomas Light for his expert analysis. With a cliffhanger ending that leaves the player hungry for truth, this series is sure to become a staple in Capcom's lineup as its chapters unfold.

Descending from the heavens, Kirby must bring back to life his beloved people using his powers as a god. Players must use wisely the elemental forces at their disposal to properly restore life to all kinds of creatures.

Upon clearing a level, the round being puts up a magical barrier on the land, to protect his people from any further harm. This action clearly shows the love Kirby has for his people. Even after finally restoring his world, the ending sequence shows him teaching the people swordsmanship so that they may defend themselves, should any enemy appear again.

With many exciting levels to complete, as well as interesting minigames players can relax after the intense platforming, this game tells a unique and warming story. It is definitely a must have for owners of the Nintendo Entertainment System.

In a chilling departure from their usual fare, The Adventure of Link is a dark and twisted epic detailing a peaceful man's descent into madness as he exacts disproportionate, cathartic revenge.

The story begins as the titular hero Link watches his beloved fall into an endless sleep, caused by a hex placed on her from the astral plane.

Confused and enraged, Link travels to the Great Palace and performs an ancient ritual in which he merges with his "dark side" to enchant a malicious, sentient artifact known as the Master Sword, so named for its dominion over all evil beings. Link learns from the temple wizard that by desecrating the six temples of Hyrule, he can invoke the wrath of the gods and force them to renounce the divinity of the being that cursed his love, dooming it to a mortal existence in the form of a swine and allowing Link a chance for vengeance.

As Link journeys across the land, he summons monsters and demons from the Master Sword, sending them to terrorize the populace to slake his thirst for blood and anger the gods. He steals the six sacred crystals from the temples and uses the Master Sword to plague their halls with vile, twisted abominations and soulless husks of plate armor made in mockery of the gods' most beloved creation, the Hylians.

With all the crystals in Link's possession, the gods banish the dark deity Ganon to the mortal realm as punishment for its meddling in the affairs of mortals and subsequent sacrilege. However, the gods' wrath is as limitless as their power, and Ganon is given form as a pile of dust, the very dirt beneath even a swine.

The curse on Link's bride was broken, and she rose from her slumber, but Link is too blinded by power and rage to care. He seeks to insult the gods further, by granting respite to the evil Ganon. Fearing for her life, the newly-awoken Zelda locks herself in a labyrinth as Link uses the Master Sword's evil energies to grant Ganon corporeal form and plunge Hyrule into darkness for all time.
