What are some good prehistoric games? Stuff like Joe & Mac. Games with good prehistoric sections like Secret of Evermore, Live A Live, and Chrono Trigger are acceptable too.

It's not technically prehistoric but in Monster Hunter you're pretty much a samurai caveman who goes around killing dinosaurs. It's also awesome.

Jurassic Park games on Genesis are good and you can run around as the raptor causing havoc to humans.

The Ecco the Dolphin games also have prehistoric segments.

Tail of the Sun is really weird. It's a kind of slow and dreamy life sim game. It's a little janky and I never liked how the camera works but if you're up for a very unique sim type experience it's well worth it.
