I love owning physical stuff, and I kept most of my childhood stuff, AND I also got a lot of good retro games for really cheap in the early 2000s, when collecting retro still wasn't en vogue.
I also like to make fun of coping emukiddies who pretend they don't care about physical media when they actually obviously do.

Some of my games are still in the shrinkwrap, but I wouldn't be too mad if someone decided to open them one day. I bought them moreso because I wanted to play them eventually and dont see a point in opening them until then.

Fuck investors though, there's 0 point to their bullshit and all it does is inflate the price of games and effectively entomb a copy of the game forever.
