PSP version is fine, looks good, plays good, isn't missing anything, The only quirk is that you can't play the original version until you unlock it by finding a hidden item in the remake version but it's not hard to find, just look up a video on it or something.

Dracula X also has SOTN as a hidden unlockable and it has a slightly different translation and some extra familiar stuff iirc. It was a good deal, one of my favorite psp games

You'll royally pay out the ass for the system + game, especially now (retro interest boom and now covid, Richter in Smash) and unless you want some mucho brownie points it's not worth it. this coming from a gigantic Castlevania fan

To be quite honest the best way to play it is the psp version on Vita, especially oled one. Not only you get the best screen of all handhelds but also vita dpad which is one of the best ever made (not only in handheld consoles).
