Yoko Shimomura's games in general, Live and Live, Kingdom Hearts, and Radiant Historia all have great soundtracks. If you like the original themes in KH you'll love RH's music.

My fucking nigga. I don’t know why people praise Secret if Mana but ignore Legend when it’s so much better.

But to answer your question, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross are two of the best vidya OSTs to this day. Xenogears is quite good as well, but the soundtrack is too short and even then some of the songs blend together. The town and emotional tracks are amazing though.
