Mid/Late 90s Japanese PC art (other than PC-98)

There's a lot of art/sprites from the PC-88/PC-98 games. However, I've wanted to find images from games that came out for Windows 95/98 (Around 1995-2001, basically) but I don't know much Japanese and using Google Translate doesn't help much.

Genre/content doesn't really matter but mostly if it contains in-game art like pic related but other stuff is fine. I know for that, visual novels would be the best place to look.

I've been wanting to try my hands at recreating that particular style; where artist were able to do non-sprite art but still had to keep the canvas size pretty-low and stuff.

You can search on VNDB and go to certain time frame - https://vndb.org/v/all?q=;fil=tagspoil-0.olang-ja.plat-win;rfil=;cfil=;o=a;s=rel;p=12 then if you search the name on exhentai maybe like half of the games will have CG on there
