I finished Shinobido like three times in all difficulties and never got the good end for some reason. It was such an amazing game, only lack of map variety was a serious flaw, but you could do amazing things like accepting some lord's quest then sabotage him on purpose or work ing against a lord while mantaining a good reputation with him if you were stealthily enough. They published some sort of expansion with maps people did or something like that, don't know how it was.
I could never play the Vita sequel. It's a shame it's such a forgotten franchise and even more dead than Tenchu.

Allows you to SK anyone, even bosses. Perishable after one use.
Use it after using LW scroll for the mission. You should [be able to] make

That's exactly how I felt about it.
To me it felt like they wanted to keep evolving on Tenchu, but the franchise grew bigger and got out of their hands.
So they started a new one, Shinobido.
IMO, gameplay and mechanics wise it is superior than the Tenchu games.
However, and that's what prevented it from being more popular, the Shinobido franchise has worse everything else. Less memorable characters, story nobody cares about (although that might be on par with Tenchu), worse art direction, worse music. That's my opinion though.

>>6838827
Nothing's wrong with it. It's just not as good as 1 and 3, in my opinion. It improved on the gameplay but had worse (or none) music, way worse art direction (everything is colorful and bright) and tried to insert some anime plot in it. Wasn't necessary. Still I played it and enjoyed it. Just not better than 1 and 3 to me.
