What are some PS2 games that utilize digital controls only?

Any DDR or Pop'n game. Was gonna say IIDX too but the turntable is analog.

Does this include menu-based games where the whole game is playable with the dpad but the dpad inputs are mirrored to the analog stick? Or are you only counting games where both sticks do absolutely nothing for the entire game? I can't imagine there would be any normal controller PS2 games that meet that last category.

Lots of N64 games were stick-only and inexplicably didn't support the dpad even for games where it would make sense, but on the PS2 I don't know why they wouldn't bother making the left analog stick mirror the dpad for 2d/menu games.

Porque no los dõs? I tried playing Gran Turismo 4 but the pre-race menus were analog only even though the game itself works perfectly fine with a dpad

I didn't think there were any. I'd be very interested to know if there were.

A zoomie never "ackchyually meant" what he actually said. But what he actually said is actually an interesting question. I could imagine someone making a game being retarded enough to do it. I imagine his name would be Nick.

All the titles released prior to the Dual Analog I would assume.

Right, we can discuss both -- one is a subset of the other after all.

You never know. My autism compelled me to over-clarify so we don't spend a bunch of time arguing over the parameters of the question instead of answering it.

The PS2 Silent Hill games can be played with digital controls only AFAIK. You can move with the stick, but Dpad feels better most of the time.
