You should see what they put into Future Perfect. All three games are fantastic and all pretty different from each other. The first game has zero cutscenes and is purely multiplayer focused with the singleplayer feeling like a fun afterthought. The second game is like Goldeneye/Perfect Dark and Future Perfect is like popular FPS games at the time like Halo but still unique enough to not feel like a total sellout.

Don't feel like that's really clear enough. Lots of old games were released on 7th gen, or exclusively 7th gen in console land.

I think SM3 and/or DX9 requirement is enough. I'm okay talking about idtech4 and Half Life 2, but not Bioshock (SM3) or UT3 (DX9). They are just so not in the spirit of 6th gen capabilities and design.

If the gunplay's not doing anything, change the crosshair and make the size of it smaller with "/cg_crosshairsize" in the in-game console. I prefer a simple dot, but the smaller you make it, the less it'll pulse when you're waving your gun around or shooting. I hate that shit, and the default settings have the crosshair taking up the entire fucking screen if you move your gun more than the length of a gnat's dick.

Everybody thought it is just another good shooter in the design school of Half-Life. Turned out, it was the last one. I didn't play the reboot, and people are praising it, but goddamn i liked the setting.
