I've been collecting the PS1 Final Fantasy games but I can't seem to find a PAL (EU) version of tactics, was it a JP and NA game only?

Saga Frontier 2 but no 1
Did get Front Mission 3 and Vagrant Story though and that Chocobo racing game cause it's on the back of the FF8 manual
