I've yet to finish the 2nd one, not sure why I abandoned it, I was having fun, though I did enjoy the first one more. I hate all the new characters they introduced.

So do people like that edgy reboot at all? Does Spyro has it's "adventure fags" like Sonic fans do?

Legend of Spyro certainly does have it's own fanbase. Not nearly as prominent as Adventure Fags are, but they're sizeable enough. Only played the first one, and honestly it wasn't awful or anything, just probably shouldn't have been a Spyro game. Also, Elijah Wood as Spyro and David Spade as Sparks was fucking stupid.

exactly, ratchet and clank and jak and daxter (rolls off the tongue) were the ps2's spyro the dragon and crash the bandicoot (heh)
i did try the new crash/spyro games, i don't like judging things i haven't tried, but they were not even close to their original glory
