I really wish I had of gotten an N64 over the PS1 when I was a kid.
While I feel the PS1 has way more worthwhile games, the N64 would have just perfect for me as a kid.
I would have adored Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, the two Zeldas, Goldeneye 007, Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64.
The only game that I played on the PS1 at the time that I still feel is good was Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 and Crash Team Racing, but THPS2 was released on N64 too.

ps1- Tekken 3, great looking game, ran like a dream too

n64- Conkers bad fur day, that game was very impressive, was a nice high point nearing the end of the systems life

Saturn- Going to have to disagree with burning rangers, it's a technically impressive game but I feel the choppy framerate and lack of detail makes it a little ugly. I really like the way Virtua Fighter 2 looks, it's very very clean and runs really well, it also has solid art direction.
