I never knew what i had to do in this game

I got to the point where I’d mastered everything except those fucking Maggie levels, which I still can’t even do to this day even though there’s YouTube & such now. Bart Vs. Space Mutants is better.

One of the worst SNES games

>harder always equals better meme
Some of the ideas are fun but I doubt 1% of the consumers beat a single level in this game.

This is one of those games where you get suckered in by the cover art, only to go home and hate your fucking idea to convince your parents to buy you this instead of donkey Kong country.

get a high score thats literally it, you can get an A+ without winning a single minigame

>> No.6687382

Bartman level was good
Itchy and Scratchy level was good
Bartzilla feels like shit but isn't too bad once you get the controls actually.
Indiana Bart is shit and you will never figure out the controls and when you do it still feels fucking janky
Bloodstream is the easiest its kinda fun when it ramps up the difficulty though

this game really isnt as bad as people say imo. the street level is kinda dumb but its not bad if you try to score tons of points

It's a badly balanced game and the indiana bart stage is basically RNG bullshit, but the game still has a lot of soul and is enjoyable just fucking around in dream-springfield and playing all these absurd mini-games.
Bartman stage is actually pretty fun with decent controls (playable at least), good graphics and has a lot of nice character cameos.
It's a game that was mostly enjoyed as a rental.
Virtual Bart was much shittier and less enjoyable.

Indiana Bart was shit, no rhyme or reason to avoid instant death

>> No.6688001

Bart's Nightmare sucked but I have a soft spot for Virtual Bart.

>> No.6688390

I enjoyed the tomato throwing and the baby level in virtual Bart.

This but the opposite and less homosexual.

the lack of music in a bunch of the mini games made this game kinda spooky.

Same here. I could beat anything in this game except the Temple of Maggie. There was always a point where there's a flame at the tile in front of you and if you move to another row the flame keeps moving with you. I don't understand it to this very day.

I thought I was the only one creeped out by this as a kid

>> No.6689134

I remember this game being kinda fun... how bad will it break my heart if I give it another go? Now that the dust has settled, did it age like milk, or is it a hidden gem?

>the tomato throwing
This was the only fair and genuinely fun part of the game, because it depended on good timing and spatial awareness, instead of cheap hits and blind leaps of faith.

I've watched at least one play-through of the game and still don't know what the fuck you do in it.
