So, I want to play Clock Tower for the first time and was wondering if I should play the PS version (which I understand is really Clock Tower 2 or something?) or the translated Super Famicom version first.

this game was freaking amazing. so many hours were spent playing it. This is one game I wish would be remade with updated graphics and maybe a more fluid control system. Keep the fighting elements the same though. Nothing like one hit kills after a 5 minute duel, only to lose because you slashed a guy in the back.

I know it gets shit on a lot, but I think Twisted Metal 3 is great. It's wonky in places, but it's really fun and some of the maps are great, like London, Egypt and the Blimp. Also the music was great when I was a teenager and it kinda is still now.

My local Mom-And-Pop Movie Rental Place had a liquidation sale and I got a PS1 for $5 (and EarthBound, Contra III and CT for $1 each, but that's beside the point). This was inside. I remember it being sort of shitty, but in a way that I really sort of enjoyed. I guess you never forget your first, or something.

I think the castle shot off into space at the end? It was a long time ago. I don't know. I never watched the anime.

Syphon Filter was awesome when it came out. Not too far removed from the average shooter at the time but just unique and interesting enough to be one of my favorites. Though I haven't played a whole lot of PSX, maybe 30 games that I still own plus a few more.

IT's still hilarious to see Gab'es running animation (as if he dropped a load in his pants), especially how you can just run through plat glass walls with no effort.

Also, the tazer.

Playing that game on PS2 with "fast loading"was funny, as the dialogue glitches and is all garbled.

This was a really enjoyable 2-D platformer. Good weapon variety, and different magic spells that you could use on yourself or others, lots of good boss fights, and you get to hear "monkeyyyyyyy" every time you pick up an extra life.

This one was a damn sleeper hit for me. I thought it was one of those throwaway animation tie-in games but suddenly MONKEEEEEEEEYYYYYYY and fun overall. The superpowers he had was great. The levels were challenging and some of the boss fights were fun.
