The sticky was written in 2014 and mentions the launch of the PS4. It is woefully out of date and should not be taken as absolute law. This place has been forsaken by the mods, no mods no masters GBA is retro

Simon's Quest is great but I strongly recommend the retranslated version. The clues make more sense (still riddles, but at least solvable ones), and they added a proper save system.

The fact is there are lots of people who played these games when they were children, they are old enough to have children of their own and their childhood games are somehow too contemporary for discussion on a retro board.
