If it was developed in the west, there's high chances it's a mediocre to actually bad game.
I don't think any of the Nick games were developed in Japan.
I have fond memories of that Ren and Stimpy game in the OP, but I also remember it having shit collision detection and laggy controls.

It tank controls like Croc only somehow even more unpolished and crap. That said though there are only like 2 actual platforming levels (The Grocery Store and the Sewer level) and the rest of them is pretty much just walking through setpieces recreating episode plots. It's not that bad.

There's not much substance to it gameplay-wise but it's a pretty cute game if you liked Rugrats. Totally worth going back to check it out again if you liked it as a kid.

Ren and stimpy has its moments and some great episodes but its actually SO over rated cause 95% of ren and stimpy is boring and not even funny.
