Are there any good top down racing games with a lot of replay value like Racing Gears Advance? I know it isn’t retro but most of the genre is on older systems.

i dont think it counts but 'Ironman Ivan Stewart's Super Off Road' is one of my favorites, and i dont normally play top down racing games.
