>the game AVI files present in MOVIE folder must be converted to wmv format and to 640x480 resolution so they can show at full screen (I did it by using Microsoft's own Movie Maker). You also need to rip the audio tracks from the original game CD as MP3 and place them into a new MUSIC folder into the game installation directory.

That is just a bootleg copy from China. Sometimes, you have to look for the details to spot them. That one has the "18+" probably to entice unsuspecting people. Here you can see how Chrono Cross has English instructions, no barcode on the spine card, and a yellow box instead of a warning on the back cover. The Summer Lesson games have English on the back cover. The Soul Calibur does not have an ESRB rating. American Page 1 has a white CD tray instead of a clear one. Sometimes, I want to play some new games so bad, but I got fooled in thinking I got a great deal just to find these bootlegs.

My computer is retro and does not have those Tensor Cores or whatever that is needed to do these modern graphical techniques. I figured maybe it could clean up that DuckMotion video with all its dithering from the Saturn FMVs in Last Bronx. Plus people here have been showing off how great the AI-upscaled stuff are by comparison to the old stuff.

I wish Last Bronx became an more prominent franchise. An modern weapons-based fighter is interesting in it's own right and serves an more an modern equivalent to the Soul franchise.
