Yeah I agree but even with Gamma Ray taking a third of your lifebar through chip damage alone General and Goenitz are worse. The fact that the original GG is so janky also helps since you can cheese her with some characters by spamming supers once your HP is below half, though of course that means she can do the same to you too.
