Basically any RPG. Within reason I will always try to exhaust the available sidequests before tackling the main objectives. This naturally precludes anything that requires immense luck or grinding though.

I usually did that in any RPG I'd replay. Get as many stuff as you can as early as possible; and do better on the next replay.
