Herzblut, a German wtf-am-I-looking-at amateur shoot em up from 1996 for Windows 95 that even manages to bring systems from many years later to a crawl.

You had to directly contact the devs to get it and the company disappeared in 1997, so I'm one of the few "lucky" ones owning the full retail release.
