The one non-mahjoing game in OP's pic, Can Can Bunny Premiere, is the only red-label Saturn game with actual sex in it. Standard nanpa game, Tenshi-tachi no Gogo-style.
I liked it, though I like Kid's later ports with voices more. Even though their later eroge ports were yellow-label so they couldn't show nipples anymore, the sex scenes are still there with all the text description intact + fully voiced.
