Second quest.
Finish the game, then your savegame is converted into the 2nd quest which has different dungeons (location & maze), item locations, harder enemies (the stalfos is one of the weakest but upgraded to shot magic sword, must have magic shield to block).

Most of this boils down to time, patience, and teamwork. Time is needed to experiment and try things. Patience is needed to explore many angles. Teamwork is needed to consult with others to ask them how they figured stuff out.

The game was tweaked to encourage conversation between players and purposely made progress to be somewhat opaque. Second quest was made as a hard mode of sorts. It's a shame we no longer exist in a world where game news and tips are more guarded or hard to find. The real fun of a game like this is figuring it out and talking about it with friends.
