Maybe not my absolute favorite but it's incredibly iconic just being so simple but so memorable to me. The idea of fighting on the side of a building is just goofy and creative enough to fit Darkstalkers perfectly.

I don't have a fancy stage-only picture of it but I think this stage from Galaxy fight is underrated. Its sunny and bright and I like the water.
I wish the game was better.

All of the karate tournament stages are something else and my favs.
If i have to choose one from a regular 2d fighter i guess fetus of god is nice?

i have some love for 99 because it was the one that motivated me to git gud. I wanted to watch the endings (the machine was in level 2 so only Krizalid was hard) but people kept interrupting me and then kicking my ass.
94 deserves some love too, love the stages, music and sound effects.

Those fights against the Orochi team and them himself is the best moment of any fighting game. Everything about it is amazing, the characters, the music, and the excellent stage.
It's a shame KoF is unforgiving to learn, otherwise I'd have a blast trying to beat 97's arcade on the hardest difficulty.
