So the games in this leak are:
Warcraft 2 for PS1 full source code
Air Force Delta for GBC full source and betas
Garfield Kart for 3DS betas and design stuff
Tron 2.0 for PC devbuild (which they used for porting the game to Xbox?)
Hot Wheels (it's either World Race or Stunt Track Challenge) for PC debug build
Star Trek: New Worlds for PC (I think it's this one based on the credits, someone correct if I'm wrong)
Star Trek seems like an interesting one, it was developed by the guys behind Zeewolf 2 and the credits included here are much the same as that game and the same company is listed as developing in some places on the internet, but it apparently got into trouble during development and the devs changed before the end. Seems only the guys at the new company that got it are actually listed anywhere on credits on the internet with not a mention of the devs listed in the files of this build.

It's never been confirmed exactly how this source leaked. Articles at the time when it released said that it was GPL'd. However it was taken down really fast and the page was never archived. It's been speculated a former employee released it publicly on their website and legal immediately took it down. At the time Monolith was split up into two separate companies and it was around the same time that the sister company that just handled engine licensing was being shut down. I've asked several Monolith employees about it and none of them really know the story since it happened so long ago.
