In Enter The Gecko, Gex says "12 years of full house" even though Full house only ran for 8 years. Even if you count the time from its end to when this game was made, it hadn't even been 11 years. The closest to 12 is the EU N64 version which is just a few months short of 12 but the quote had been around since the NA PSX version.

In Lords of the Realm 2 the advisor says that you need to keep the peasants happy to make them "multiply", but your populace is seemingly made up of humans and not organisms capable of mitosis.
Whenever you recive a letter from an AI opponent you'll also get a voice recording of whatever they've said, despite anything capable of transferring audio did not exist in the medieval period.
The campaing missions have maps for Australia, India, China, North and South America despite none of those areas having a medieval European society.
The pikeman does not actually use a pike but a halberd.
Everyone speaks in an English regional accent even if you are playing in a map other than England
