Hey anon, I don't know many good games but there is one that I would recommend checking out just for the graphics. Its called Driver 3 and its a demake of the full version of the game which itself is a knockoff GTA clone. anyway, the game's got an impressive 3D engine programmed by VD dev I'd also recommend checking out some of their other games too over at their website http://www.vd-dev.com/Games.html

GBA is a retro system, Wario Land 4, WarioWare, to me were the most fun, never cared about the games of the system.

Even the DS could be a retro system.
