$600 does seem somewhat steep. $250-300 is far more reasonable.

first print won't be send out due to COVID-19,second print is on hold due to COVID-19.
look similar to the game by fonzie "Paprium" lot of smoke yet nothing that says the game is real just a website and an "independent video" everything claims fake and scam and that no one has dumped the game is proof enough.
Pier solar was dumped within a week due to the special chip.
NGDEV games have been dumped already the dreamcast version took 24 hours,the arcade took some more yet kinda weird the claim 1560 Mbit when the top neogeo game uses 920 Mbit and that's the limit (according to SNK) you see why the game kraut busters smells.

While cartridges allow customization certain consoles don't allow that since they are made with something in mind,for example the game look similar to a PGM game and the specs are kinda similar (PGM2 games have different size and the biggest one would be a 2 GB "gigabytes" rom of KOF)
