(All a bit mixed up. Half the roms have had the dongle check removed, half are duplicate 'clean' dumps. The (E) region PD rom doesn't seem to work.)

What do you expect? It's a half finished scene which was never meant to be seen by the public. The pacing is off, the attempt to murder pikachu isn't framed properly, and nobody's lips move. But this is the sort of thing people have dreamed of seeing for years.

Basically, only the roms with the _DC suffix work, IIRC. They've been patched to removed the security check.

Not exactly. Conker's voice is wrong in that video, IMO. It sounds like placeholder lines half the time - too high pitched.
