in BKoAC you'll often get a notification about a famine or plague during the spring and a little graphic to go with, which always fits well with a jaunty and cheerful melody. it leaves me picturing my local bandit chieftain smilingly picking his way through the dead and dying bodies littering his province on his way to work in the morning while whistling this tune. yep, it's another fine day
