Hey guys,
I just built a pc with an ArcadeVGA to connect to my BVM. I got the windows 10 drivers installed and get picture on the screen but it looks like pic attached.
I connected with VGA HD15 to BNC with a T connector for the Sync. Anyone can help me? Thanks!

No. There's no cure for the inability to provide enough basic relevant information to diagnose a problem.

Take off the back, and turn it on. Then touch a screw driver (making sure your finger is making contact with the metal), and jam it onto the fly-back transformer. That should fix sync issues.
