I'm actually playing '94 and getting filtered by the second form after he throws off the jacket

he basically shuts down all air maneuvers with infinite priority genocide cutters and wins all trades regardless

only way I've found to deal damage is to haoh shikohken or ryuko ranbu while he's charging meter or somehow lace Ryuu jin kyaku or the air fireball so that it hits him out of the end of a whiffed GC or fireball

basically at the point where im pefecting the first form with dodge-and-throw and then just getting totally dunked on by failed trades and his ridic frame data when he powers up

I almost beat him with robert by spamming ryujinkyaku and boxing the AI into a pattern but I struggle to finish the job
