Shame we never got a sequel to Eternal Champions that polished what the first game had going for it more. The original isn't amazing but it was ahead of its time in some aspects such as the heavier emphasis on combos and unlike other games trying to cash in on MK and Street Fighter it had a lot of personality.

Knockout Kings 2001 has a bunch unlockable by cheats, including a gorilla, clown, bulldog-human-hybrid, and a cyclops demon thing.

Also, in the first Knockout Kings (known as Knockout Kings 99 in PAL regions) there is a cheat to play as a bear. There is not a single screenshot or video of it online. I can't replicate the cheat on my PAL copy, but I saw the cheat in action on TV about 20 years ago. If anyone here has a picture I would love to see it.

I only recently figured out the deal with Tofu. So that big block was used to test collission data in the game. It's just a big blank character model without any details. Then the devs joked that it looked like a big tub of tofu so they named him that and threw him into an extra bonus mission. So the devs did not think "let's put a stick of tofu into our game", they instead thought about re-using a model in a humorous way.
