This is a weird one. I remember seeing pic related in a magazine 20 years ago, and the image stuck in my mind because it creeped me out. I never thought I'd see it again but I came across it randomly looking in GIS for a magazine scan of Legendary Axe 2 of all things.
I know now its for Playdia, but I cannot find any game that resembles this. There is a few seconds of shakycam footage showing another monster made of bricks in old TGS footage.

These are both pre-playdia when it was still refered to as BA-X.
Does anyone know anything about this game? Just a mockup? I honestly didn't think I'd ever see it again so I'm just happy to get this closure, but any push in the right direction would be appreciated

The first part of the sentence says "high resolution animation" so probably a tech demo.

I'm afraid that it is a tech demo, given the console was in pre release dev. But that sentence doesn't burst my bubble. I want to believe its just advertising the high resolution animation that CD can provide, or something similar. Thanks for the input.

High resolution animation playback device is a feature?

If it's an undumped tech demo you should contact a preservation group like Unseen64 or Hidden Palace.

I forgot about them. I just realized that Assembler is gone and was really pissed. I would have gone to them years ago but at that time all I had was "a game with a ice monster and a button prompt" because that was all I could remember. Now I know the system and have footage. That's almost enough closure to put it to bed.

If you check the Redump page several games aren't named. Could it be one of them?

Saw that, thanks. Gamera and Ultraman games, and a toy catalog.
The frustrating thing is like some projects have American programmers, and its like hey I'll just chat you up and you can give me insight. If I could even find the name of someone who did the TTS 94 BA-X demo reel, I'd have to know Japanese and he would never reveal any aspect of his complete failure project. It would be too shameful to revisit, haha.
Right now I'm checking out any retromags from July-Dec 1994. Not much info about TTS so far.
