None of them have much personality, so the only thing they separates them is gameplay mechanics. Call me a normalfag, but I like Alucard in SOTN. He has weapons, use items, relics, spells, transformations, and millions of combinations thereof. During a casual game, you're always unlocking new movement options and crazy equipment like the Shield Rod. Post-game, you can get the Duplicator to throw unlimited Buffalo Stars or what-have-you. The number of options is exciting and overwhelming.

On the other hand, young Maria has some nice tits. So she wins.
